The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • What are your hours of service?
    We service our clients homes and offices Monday through Friday during the hours of 9AM-6PM and on Saturdays for move in/out cleanings.
  • Do you offer cleaning services on the weekends?
    We only offer certain services over the weekends such as our commercial cleaning and move in/out cleaning services.
  • What types of payments do you accept?
    We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover).
  • Do you use eco-friendly products?
    We use a variety of cleaning products that may be approved by our clients prior to the cleaning service visits. We are currently in the process of creating a completely eco-friendly cleaning service option.
  • Do you guarantee your services?
    We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee!
  • Do you offer cleaning services with pets?
    We do offer cleaning services to homes/offices with pets although we may require an additional charge.
  • Do your cleaning services include the cleanup of pet waste?
    We do not offer pet waste removal and cleaning although we do have a great pet waste removal company we can refer.
  • Are your crews supervised?
    Yes, all our crews are supervised. Currently our crews are directly supervised by an owner in the field.
  • Do you use HEPA filters during the cleaning services?
    YES! We use premium HEPA vacuum filters during our cleaning service visits.
  • Do I need to be home during my cleaning service visit?
    For all our residential services, it is not required to be present during the cleaning service visit. Of course, we don't mind if you would like to be home during the cleaning visit, as long as you don't mind the sound of our vacuums.
  • Do you have a cancellation service fee?
    We ask that you give us at least 3 days heads up for all cancellations. We reserve the right to charge half the quoted cleaning rate in the case of a cancellation within the 3 day window.
  • Do I need to do any preparations prior to my cleaning service visit?
    There are no preparations needed prior to our cleaning service visit, but we do ask that there are no obstructions on the floors and counters in order for us to achieve a high quality cleaning service.
  • What areas do you service?
    We currently service parts if not all of the following cities: Kensington, Bethesda, Rockville, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Wheaton, Garrett Park, and Potomac
  • What do you do to avoid cross contamination between other homes/offices and my home?
    We use completely different and clean towels/rags between each property. Each home/office is assigned their own cleaning bundle which we use each visit and clean at the end of each week. Also, all our equipment is cleaned and disinfected to ensure we are not carrying any contaminants back into your home.
  • How do you typically gain access to my home and/or office for the cleaning service visits?
    There are a few ways in which we can arrange access to your home and/or office for our cleaning services. Typically we carry a spare key, but other options include a lockbox or a hide-a-key for residential and commercial cleaning services.
  • When is payment due for your cleaning service?
    Payment is due upon completion of service for all residential cleaning services. Commercial cleaning servicse may have different payment terms.
  • Do you accept prepayments for services?
    Yes, we do accept prepayments for cleaning services.
  • What is the difference between a cleaning service and a maid?
    There are subtle differences between a maid and a professional cleaning service. Please call us or check out our service list to find our more about the differences between a maid and a cleaning service company.
  • Do you offer oven cleaning services?
    Yes, for an additional charge we would be happy to make your oven spotless.
  • Do you offer window cleaning services?
    Yes, for an additional charge we can quote you for interior only window cleaning services. we also have a referral company who may be able to handle all exterior windows cleaning services?
  • Do you offer refrigerator cleaning services?
    Yes, for an additional charge we will clean your fridge from top to bottom.
  • Do you offer dish washing services?
    Yes, we offer dish washing services as an add-on to our regular cleaning billed at an hourly rate.
  • Do I have to sign any lengthy and binding contracts?
    NO! You will not be tied down to any contracts.
  • Can I cancel anytime?
    Yes, we allow our clients to cancel anytime.
  • What if my house is more messy than usual? Will there be an additional charge for my cleaning service visit?
    We base all our charges on the initial condition of your home/office from our initial walk-through we perform with you. The condition of the home/office during the walk-through is how we factor the estimated amount of time for our crews to properly clean all designated areas. If your home and/or office is in a more messy condition than originally quoted we will bill hourly to get it back to it's original condition.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give us at least 3 days heads up for all cancellations.  We reserve the right to charge half the quoted cleaning rate in the case of a cancellation within the 3 day window.
